TM offers a premium service to those managers who are committed to the game and want a better experience. The PRO version of TM offers largely cosmetic improvements to how your clubhouse looks and access to a number of extra features. At this stage it is not designed to give gameplay advantage, but plans to introduce B Squads for PRO members will result in players receiving routine for matches they would not otherwise play. This is an effort to boost PRO subscriptions and it will be very interesting to see how it works out. Hopefully this scheme will not demoralise those new to the game, which would ultimately destroy TM. There are some nice optional features with PRO however - you get to turn off all the ads for a start! Money raised from PRO payments goes directly into game development, so buying PRO can help improve the game.
