So you're thinking about applying for a B Team. Here are a few tips and general info that could be useful.
Tips:
- Your B Team is an extension of your Main squad and you should always remember that ultimately your Main squad's results are all that matters.
- Try players out of position in your B Team to assess their adaptability. You don't want to be playing around with this in important Main team games later in their career.
- Don't waste money on players for your B Team just to fill that squad. Investing in youngsters to develop and sell on at a profit or develop for your first team is fine. Spending cash on a journeyman to just to play for your B Team is a waste of cash you could invest in the team that matters, your Main team
- Always play your most promising youths in your B Team even if they haven't started to develop. It could cost your B Team results but getting your best talent's routine up as high as possible before he steps up to your Main squad is much more important.
- Monitor your B Team squad for injury prone players. If he's a crock you might want to get rid of him.
