Seniors Update:

So a solid 2-0 win against St Pats last night moves us up to 7th.

'Low Hanging' Balogh got his first goal of the season and captain 'Harvey Norman' O'Gorman took his tally to 7 (with 5 assists).

We are 9 games unbeaten in the league now (8 wins - 1 draw). Hopefully we can keep the good form going for a bit longer, we've managed to open up a 9 point gap from the relegation zone but things can change very quickly in the wacky world of TM.

We finished last season with 47 points, the aim now is to beat that total (currently on 29). That should see us safe for another season.

B team Update:

The young lads had a huge win last night, beating league leaders Real Chelsea Whites 2-0, knocking them down to 3rd in the process. It was only their 2nd defeat of the season so it was a great result for the kids. RCW deserved more from the game but Maguire put on a great show in goals to keep them at bay (MOM, 10 rating).

So 7 wins, 1 draw and just 1 defeat in their last 9 games has dragged them out of the relegation zone and they now sit in 11th. Lovely.

….. and yes, that is the same Maguire who left the senior team dead last with 0 points after 5 games. His form has improved dramatically since dropping down to D4 (no surprise there I suppose).

Conceded: 15

Rating: 6.42

He has also scored 1 and got 2 assists since dropping back down :)

I still have great hopes for him in the senior team. His routine is now up to 5 so hopefully in the not too distant future he can return to reclaim the #1 shirt.

At the opposite end of the pitch, Hydroelectric has just started to bloom and has finally found his scoring boots it seems. After a painfully slow start up top he has now scored 5 goals in the last 4 league games. More of the same please Mr Power! He has Future Biffdons Legend written all over him!
